finish up s2 member install and customization

I need to finish up my installation. I am using ithemes builder theme. I like the layout of this site, http://www.marketingyourrestaurant.com, ...except sign up top right, underneath register for tip of the week. teaser content, etc. attachement included. Just need the skeleton setup..I will add all the additional pages.
