Excerpt not showing

I've set up my site so a post has an excerpt but the post does not show in the main Feature panel which it should - see http://tinyurl.com/3hbuag5.

The start of the post reads using shortcodes):

[s2If current_user_can(access_s2member_level1)]
[_s2If current_user_can(access_s2member_ccap_offer1)]

But I thought excerpts always show?

Plse help asap ! THx.

In the meantime I've done a temporary work around where I have created a new post as a Feature and which links directly to the original but it's not terribly elegant...

Hmm... Could it be related to the alternative views setting? Check:

WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Alternative View Protection

Thx for your prompt reply. Yes, I had the filter set to 'all'. I think I changed it at some point without really considering its significance.
