We are pleased to announce a new addition to our team.

As of April 3rd, 2011, Mr. Cristián Lávaque has joined WebSharks, Inc. as a Technical Support Representative for s2Member & s2Member Pro for WordPress®.

Many of you have already met Cristián, the latest addition to our staff. I hope each of you will extend a warm welcome to Cristián, who is now available here in the forums for s2Member; to help solve problems, answer questions, and receive feedback about s2Member and s2Member Pro.

Cristián and I will be working together closely on the future development of s2Member.
I consider him an extremely valuable asset to our company. Among his many talents, Cristián is a WordPress® guru. He has several years of software troubleshooting experience and he understands our needs. We are confident he will be a welcome addition to our technical support group.

Just wanted to say after going through the tutorial videos and this forum, that for a free plugin, you folks certainly give some of THE BEST support I've ever come across. Not just prompt, but also very helpful and you take users' feedback very seriously.

Kudos to Jason, Cristian and the entire S2M team. I only recently (like 2 days ago!) got started with S2M but certainly look forward to leveraging it for our membership site! Heck, even if our site doesn't need the Pro features, I might get the Pro module just to support you guys!
