Need Help ASAP

I am creating a members only site and it's very basic. There are two types of subscriptions, one called A and one called B. All that A does is create this custom profile, and all B can do is VIEW those profiles. No one else can view them. 2 payment levels for B as well.

Can anyone help. I don't mind buying the pro edition if it helps.
