BuddyPress/s2Member Tweaks
Posted: April 8th, 2011, 8:22 amI am looking for help customizing a BuddyPress site that uses s2Member. The site is already live and fully functional. This is an overview of what I need done:
1. Merge (or overwrite?) the BuddyPress user profile with the s2Member profile and the custom fields I have setup (so users can view/edit one unified profile). Integrate enhanced profiles?
2. Change global "name displayed as" to show first and last names in BuddyPress activity and member pages (since installing s2Member, it only shows first names).
3. Customize WP user registration emails.
4. Remove the Signup Here button on the public (non-logged in) site.
5. Change the message that appears in the info box after registration.
(Currently says: "Thank you. Please login." I want it to say: "Thank you. Please check your email and confirm your address.")
