Is anyone else migrating from Wishlist, and if so, any insight into the easiest way, not just for me but my end users, to do it? I don't want them to have to go through the hassle of paypal again. I realize it may not be possible, but I thought I'd ask.

Were you running WishList Member together with PayPal already? So your Customers all have PayPal Subscriptions? If so, it is possible. Otherwise, no.
