Member Profile Modification Error

I think I found an error with the Member Profile Modification page. If you change the email to another user's email and click on Save, it apparently saves, but this is incorrect. It should generate an existing_user_email error and alert the user that the email already exists. When you go back to the page, the email never was changed.

s2Member's routines prevent this from happening, but there is currently no alert sent to the End User.
@TODO :: enhanced error reporting for the Profile Modification panel. This will most likely be applied to the new version of the Profile Modification panel that is to be driven by Shortcodes, and will inherit the style of your theme.
