Automatic EOT Time way off.. need help

I bought s2member pro, is this the best place to get support? I haven't had luck with quick responses and I need help!!

Here's my new problem. I thought the EOT was working correctly, but we just launched our site, someone signed up today for 1 month, cancalled, and the Automatic EOT Time says August 11th, 2010 (2 weeks ago).

What could be going wrong?

Mine is in the reverse order.... I have someone who subscribed but they where not added to s2member how can I set this up? Please help I want to go live but can not until I know it is safe to do so... This is supposed to be easier.

Hi there. Thanks for writing in.

I just took a look at the Auto-Return/PDT URL on your installation:
http://www.otrwesterns.com/?s2member_paypal_return=1

It looks like you've got a corrupted installation of s2Member.
I would suggest the following steps:

1. Go to s2Member -> General Options -> De-Activation Safeguards.
( turn de-activation safeguards on, so you don't lose your configuration )

2. Now, de-activate, and delete the s2Member plugin completely.

3. Grab the latest version of s2Member.
( at this time, that is v3.2.3 )

This should correct the corrupted installation.
