Hi - Guys I use the plug-in [Page Links To ] so I can forward pages to specific URL for example Redmine.org for clients to create bug/support issues .. but I will need to restrict the access level of this Tab/Page to members only ? Is there a way to do this in s2 ?

No, but you could try protecting that redirection page with s2Member and see if it works for you. If a Page Access Restriction doesn't do it, try URI Restrictions. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> URI Restrictions
