Custom Capabilities and user specific pages

Firstly Hi, I am new to the forum and S2 member. I apologise if this is an obvious question or if it has been covered off before however I have not been able to come to any conclusions as yet.
Basically I am trying to set up a site that has a member portal with certain content, fairly straight forward. The aspect to it is to have the same content however a custom look/feel when specific users log in. So let’s say company A logs in, the content area has their logo and colours, then when company B logs in they get their colours etc, however the content is the same.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
