Autochimp Problem and Last Name Field

Hi,

I searched the forums and couldn't find anything on point, but apologies if this is something that has already been discussed somewhere else.

I am using s2member for registration and Autochimp plugin to integrate my site members with my mailing list. Autochimp was working great, but now it is having a problem with the Last Name field from registrations... Does s2member store this field somewhwere funny? Is this a known issue?

Also, potentially related, wordpress has started not registering new member registrations correctly--I attached a screenshot of what I am talking about.

Any hep is greatly appreciated. This is so frustrating!

Yeah, there's something quite wrong there, I see why you're frustrated.

If you deactivate AutoChimp, does it work properly?

s2Member has an integration with MailChimp already, maybe you could use that instead of AutoChimp.

WP admin -> s2Member -> API / List Servers -> MailChimp

Hey thanks for the response! Integrating with MaiChimp was super-easy through s2member! Awesome stuff.

But, bad news - it didn't fix the user information being gathered, so it's still doing what the screen above shows... any ideas?

Good, glad you integrated that successfully and with ease. :)

About the registration problem, under what circumstances can you register an account successfully and under which others not?

Also, are you using other plugins that may be interfering with registrations? There may be a plugin conflict. Try disabling all other plugins for this test leaving just s2Member and create an account in one of the ways you had trouble with and see if it works now.
