s2Member - 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable Error

Hi, we recently installed the s2Member pluggin on our site, just recently when trying to login we got the following message

503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you require assistance.

We contacted the hoster, and they said it was a s2Member pluggin problem.

If this is the case how can we fix this problem

You can reset the IPs restriction from WP Admin -> s2member -> General Options -> Unique IP Access Restrictions. Change the setting to something higher if you feel you need it, too.

Hi Guys, thanks everyone, especially Cristian. that seems to be working for now. Will keep testing.

On another note, I have created several custom PHP pages that query and display a MySQL DB. To link the the first (Menu Page) I put a WP button on a WP page and set the link to this "Menu Page". How do I stop the display of this (and other php pages) page names eg: "http://mysite/wp-content/mypage.php" and change them to a permalink type display eg: "http://mysite/mypage/"

Lastly does anyone here know anything about java JNLP pages.

You're welcome, I'm glad you solved it.

Regarding the URLs, you could create a directory with that name and have your script be index.php in it. Or use htaccess, there are tutorials online.

Yeah I thought about that, but the URl still appears, the other way is to make the first page a frame page and load everything else into that, will see. Anyway, about the other question, do you or anyone else you know, know anything about java jnlp pages and how to host them. Does the provider have to be java enabled?

It seems that Unique IP Access Restrictions has been moved in the options ? I cannot find it.

Check here WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Unique IP Access Restrictions.
