All the options are missing

I just installed s2Member and it is not working for me.

I can see all the options: Quick-Start Guide, Multisite ( Configuration ) etc., but there are no settings, I can see only "Save all changes" button.

I am using WordPress 3.1.3, PHP Version 5.3.5

s2Member Version: 110524RC
Stable tag: 3.5.8
Framework: WS-P-110523

It may be an incomplete installation, from the errors I see. Try re-installing, here's a helpful guide. viewtopic.php?f=36&t=247

When it's been a JavaScript conflict, I've only seen the lack of settings, but no errors in the page. http://www.s2member.com/options-page-di ... ing-video/

I tried the plugin on production server and it works fine, I'm getting this errors only on local servers. Is it possible to make it work on local servers? I need to test it and implement Custom Capabilities before deploying it on Production.
Can you help me please?
