Download Exceeded Page gives 403 error!

Postby Freeme » June 1st, 2011, 8:12 am

Hi I am using the most current version of s2member (free version).

Firstly, great plugin I love it apart from this 1 error I keep getting and that is once a user has reached there download limit they are not redirected to the page I set in the Download Limit Exceeded Page options, instead I get directed to a Access forbidden! 403 error page! The same page will load perfectly when the page is not set to the Download Limit Exceeded Page.

I have tried uninstalling the plugin with the settings saved and also from a fresh beginning but I still manage to get a 403 page instead of the page I created in wordpress.

Help would be greatly appreciated :)

I have searched the forum here and on wordpress.org but could not find a similar problem.

Awaiting someones reply...

Thanks, Freeme

Hi Freeme. Glad you're enjoying the plugin. :)

About that error, if you go to the page separately, you don't have a problem, but if you get redirected you get the 403? What browser are you using?

Got it. I'll let Jason know about this.

In the meantime, could you tell me what versions of WordPress, s2Member you're using?
