I wanted to know two things that were not covered in the explaination of the feature. 1. Can I set "lifetime" access. 2. Can I group multiple pages/posts per button?

Yes, you can group several pages with a single button. The generator lets you a max expiration time of 5 years, but you can then edit the shortcode and make it even higher.
