I have created some paypalbuttons while I have been experimenting with custom packages. Now that I think I have a good handle on it, I'd like to not "reuse" a button if that s even possible. Is there a way to see buttons that have been created?

No, they're not stored by s2Member in any way. You could keep a file with the buttons created, or just go look for them in the pages where you used them.
