Mailchimp integration

I'm not able to get the mailchimp integration working for some reason. I have entered my API Key and list Id. However new sign-ups are not flowing through to Mailchimp.

Any suggestions of what I should be looking for?

I only have free subscribers at the minute

Which version of S2Member are you running. The next release which I am beta testing has fixed all of the previous Mailchimp issues.

If it's ver. 3.5.8 then hang fire for a couple of days until Jason can get this new version finalised. I have thoroughly tested it and it is flawless with Mailchimp.

The version you currently have should still be adding names to your list as long as you have the API key and List ID for the free subscribers set.

Are you receiving the list 'opt in' email that get's sent when a new user registers?

Before they can be added to any list they must click on the confirmation link in the email they will be sent.

Let me know, as there are also a couple of server configurations which might be stopping your site communicating with Mailchimp.

If new signups are receiving the opt in email, clicking the link and still not being added then we'll look at each step and work out why not.

I know it sounds very complex but trust me, it is actually VERY straight forward to set up your list with Mailchimp and S2Member. I wouldn't suggest paying someone to do it unless you wanted to get Jason, the plugin developer here to do an install for you. Not sure what he charges but he's the man to do it if that's what you want.

So let's start at the beginning. What version of S2Member are you using?

Also can you upload a screenshot of your Mailchimp configuration pane from the backend of s2Member in your next post. let's have a look at what's going on!

Sounds awesome as I am an avid MailChimp user. Will the new version be available to both pro and non-pro s2Member users alike? If so will it update as per a typical plugin update?

It'll be available to everyone really soon. The MailChimp fixes apply to both, Free and Pro versions.

And Ross is really experienced with the MailChimp integration, you're in good hands.

Beside this I wanna integrate Connect with Facebook button to login/register page and he should be also integrated with mailchimp...Ideas?
