Forbidden/404 Errors

Hi,

I am completely tech-challenged when it comes to these matters. After finally getting s2Member installed, up and running, the errors below are what I encountered when trying to access a level 0 file logged in as admin.

Any remedies would be most gratefully appreciated!

You don't have permission to access /wp/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/Fanpage-App-Creation-Tutorial.zip on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi Christian,

Excellent bit of help and lucky me, the solution was in video #1. For anyone else who experiences a similar situation, video #1 reveals that there is 1) where you upload the protected files - which I had correct - and 2) the special type of link (unique to each install) that a protected file must be accessed in the manner of - the part I didn't have.

It's really nifty that you are even alerted to the number of downloads you've done/have left, based on set parameters. After running the free version through it's paces, I will very most likely be upgrading.
