503 Error - not able to login users - Urgent

Any help with receiving this error and fixing the issue...thanks...running the latest version of s2member and wordpress..THanks.

Could you give more data on how/when that happens? Did you change something shortly before that started happening?

I reset the ip restrictions and all is ok now but i need to change the number of ip addresses per 30 days...I have a photography site that allows clients to view their galleries and they like to share with family and friends...this causes the number of ip addresses to be more than 5 per 30 days..

I see that I can make these changes within general options...is it ok to do so?

Also, my client just moved to a new host just a few days ago...

I'm glad you solved it. :)

Sure, you can change the Maximum Unique IP Addresses Allowed setting to what you want.
