Custom page with registration

How can I add the registrations fields to a page? I dont want a seperate page for the registration I would like to have a video at the top of the landing page and be able to immediately capture their registration and not have them click another link to do so.

The fast and easy way to do this is to get the s2member pro upgrade. At $69.00 it is a deal that will save you lots of time. Then create the page with the video and any content you would like and then paste the register form code below your content.
Done in 15 minutes. $69.00 well spent.

Already bought it so I just did not realize I could do that. Where do I find the register form code?
