Creative Solution Needed - PayPal API Woes

My client has a Paypal Pro account and we are using s2Member on the website to offer a membership to access certain pages with discounted pricing. The pages with discounted pricing hold “add to cart” buttons from a 1shoppingcart.com account.
1shoppingcart requires that I Grant Third-Party API Permission to set up payments.
In s2Member, I understand it requires me to Request API Credentials to allow payment through an s2Member PayPal Pro Form.
PayPal tells me I can’t do both on one account and I can’t see asking my client to pay for a second PayPal Pro account.
YIKES!!!!
Does anyone have any ideas of how I could work around this issue? -Thanks!
