IP restriction problems - 503 errors

Hello,

I keep having problems with IP restrictions with people I know are not sharing IPs. In particular people who have portable devices they use at cafes. I like the idea of IP restrictions, but ideally I should be able to DISABLE the feature for certain users on their profile - or disable the feature altogether.

How can I disable this feature for certain users?

Also it would be very handy if I knew where to look in the DB to see the IP addresses for a user (so I could actually tell if they were sharing or now)

For a suggestion I would prefer prohibit shared logins by logging the first user out when another user logs in then as a form of IP restriction.

Another follow up here: resetting the logs via the s2 interface is not fixing the problem. Please advise.
