i see in change log 3.2.1 that there was a bug fix for the text showing up in meta section of the post (i.e., s2member_ccaps_req ...). even though i have installed the newer versions (3.2.4 and 3.2.5) i still get this showing up in my posts.

do i need to delete something from that database?

UPDATE. After installing 3.2.7 I no longer have the above-referenced text showing up in the meta section. Thanks.
