Permalink Restriction Not Working - Alternate View Does Work
Posted: September 18th, 2010, 4:44 pmWhen logged out, with no wp-query() calls, and no open registration, and only one other plugin (akismet), and default theme 1.6, and reading mode set to display latest posts, and login welcome page and membership options page configured (and everything else configured), and s2Member version 3.2.5, and WP ver 3.0.1, restrictions are not working for posts. The excerpts show up on the front page and the permalinks are viewable.
When I activate "YES (filter ALL...) Alternate Views, the only thing that I get from the plugin is that my restricted posts don't show up on the front page. If I try to view the permalink to a restricted post it let's me with no questions asked.
Any ideas? And no, you can't have access to my dashboard or my ftp server (are you serious?) I'll quote any code, debug text, logs, or file permissions that you would like.
