Member generated content control

Great product Jason. It seems that the focus of membership plugins is to restrict access to content, but what about the ability to POST content? Example: I'm planning a networking/marketing project where members will pay to post on a blog for the exposure and backlinks. Restricting access to the posting forms seems easy enough, but here's where things break down.

If I'm charging a subscription and it expires or is canceled, Paypal will send a notice to s2M with instructions to degrade, correct? Would it be possible to instruct the system to change the status of all their posts to draft so they don't appear on the site?

So many possibilities. Looking forward to digging in.

Craig

Hi,

This can be done using Advanced Conditionals, and a little coding.
Dashboard -> s2member -> API / Scripting -> Using Advanced Conditionals
Check out this video:

Hey Craig, did you manage to implement that?
Could you help me with the code also, please?
(I am not good in all that coding stuff :-( )

Candy, no, I haven't put any more thought into it yet. I find it difficult to believe, though, that inventing a new fangled wheel is necessary. Someone has accomplished this somewhere.
