E-Mail Confirmation Not Working

I have looked through similar threads but could not find a solution to the problem.

My s2member is not sending out e-mai confirmations to new users. They can create a new account but never get an e-mail confirming.

I am not sure why this is as I have configured my e-mail address in both WP Settings and in s2member plugin. The e-mail account is active and it's working properly in my mail client. At this point I don't know what else to do.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
