Wondering the best way to set-up S2 to protect subdomains

Hello,

I'm wondering what the best way to set S2 up so that it protects and allows varying levels of privilege to subdomains after registration. Ideally I'm wanting to have a number of different member levels that allow for access to different sites within my main site. (ex. buddypress, event registration... all subdomains within wordpress multi site) Can this be pulled off and what's the best way to handle the registration/ protection of the subdomains?
