Using s2Member to submit a form

Hi,

What I am offering is, along with membership, some consulting products. I'm essentially trying to sell my time in packages. I am guessing that I would need to create Buy Now buttons for each consulting package, and then for the protected page I can use a form for clients to fill out? Am I on the right track?
