I love your videos but it's impossible to find the videos on your website. I've been searching for the last 10 minutes. I'd recommend creating an easier link to the video section. I've already downloaded the program and I've already recommended the plug-in to others.

Please help. :)

Hi there. Thanks for writing in.
I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Are you referring to a video link inside the Dashboard? Or is there something else you feel needs improvement?

* Note. There is a button at the top of our site that leads to Video Tutorials:

LOL. The link that you submitted was the link I wanted. For some reason, I keep getting http://www.Primothemes.com which has s2Member offered but no link or at least no easy link that I see to http://www.s2member.com.

Thanks for your help. Great customer service and I love the videos.

These are among the best video tutorials I've ever seen. The diction is clear. There is no slang or jargon. There are no annoying verbal tics, like "ummm" or "uuuhhh." If something is mentioned, it is demonstrated. The pace allows the viewer to takes notes of the time where a particular point is shown so you can go back over it as often as you wish.

Most important of all, each is complete; no need to watch 10 videos that are each only 2 minutes long. I like that I can sit back and let it roll.

thanks for an excellent collection.

Hi there. Thanks for reporting your experience.

Upgrading/downgrading your installation of s2Member should have no impact on your ability to view our video tutorials, as they are hosted at s2Member.com http://www.s2member.com/videos/

If you continue to have trouble, you might try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. If nothing works, please report back if you can; I'll be happy to have a closer look for you.

Jason:

I've been watching your excellent tutorial, and I've run into a problem - about 3 - 5 minutes into any of them, my presentation pauses, I get the circulating image in screen center, and I can't get started from where it froze. I have to go back to previous page and reselect the tutorial I want, then it loads again from scratch, and freezes gain in about the same place. Very frustrating! Can you give me any help with this? I'm running WXP SP2 with 2gig RAM and Firefox latest version, and fiber optics cable.

Thank you,

Airpilot

I've got a bit of a challenge.

I've installed this and there weren't any problems except the Login/Registration page. Nothing big, it's just the logo that's creating a problem. It's not centering for some reason and I'd like to fix it.

Any suggestions?

Try changing the "width" configuration option under: s2Member -> General Options -> Login/Registration Design. Also, you may want to upgrade to the latest version and test in s2Member v3.5.2+. If the problem persists, please follow-up and we'll have a closer look for you. In that event, please let us know what other plugins you're running in concert with s2Member.

Can I ask what software you use to create your videos?

Thinking of making my own "How To" use the site videos.

Thank you!
Michael

I installed the s2Member plug-in on Sunday and two days later, I am still trying to mesh what the installation video shows about clicking on the General Options link and what really shows on my WordPress page...

The video showed topics to click on and handle specific tasks...

My clicking on the General Options link in WordPress failed to show any of these topic headings... (Am I missing something?)

Also, when I click on the Generate Key link in WordPress for the Security Encryption Key, nothing happens...

Please advise...

Thank you in advance,

kylene22

It sounds like you've got a JavaScript error.
I've done a video tutorial here that shows you how to fix this.

My I give you a sincere "Thank You'! You have a product, the quality of which is only exceeded by the quality of the service...

Your suggestion was right on track and as soon as I checked the error messages, and cleared them, everything worked fine.

I will be addind the Pro version by this weekend.

Thank you sincerely,

Bob Newton

I've watched a few of the videos so far and am impressed by the clarity and information presented... well done :)

Just a small suggestion, as it took me a while to realize each video was actually part of a playlist. Maybe a small video count for each playlist on your videos page might make it more obvious.

Keep up the great work!
