Updating Posts/Pages with Windows Live Writer Problem

Quick Cache is the best caching plugin I found so far. Thanks for the development.
I have one problem using this however. When posts/pages are updated via Windows Live Writer, the cache seems to stay on and does not display the newly updated post/page contents. So I have to manually clear the cache every time by clicking the Clear Cache button on top of the administration page.
The option, Dynamic Cache Pruning Option is set to Single ( Purge Only The Specific Post/Page). I think this setting should be right.
If somebody has a solution or similar problems, please let me know. Thanks.
