No cache generated on the 1st visit

There is no cache generated when I log on to the site for the first time in a few hours (this particular WP installation is new so that I don't get any visitors to create a cache for a long period of time). Right after, on an another visit there's a line saying 'Quick Cache Is Fully Functional' to appear at the bottom of the code and only after that the cache is being generated properly. Workaholic theme, WP version 3.3. Any help appreciated.
