Anyway to get a quick summary of the status of the auto-caching feature?
Could I disable expiration if I am using auto-caching, and the cache is automatically refreshing a page that is posted or updated?

I have been monitoring the contents of the cache folder, and it seems that the auto-cache isn't loading anything. Only requests made to specific pages are loaded.
What event triggers the beginning of the auto-cache? Is it only triggered when the expiration chron takes place?

Switched to FLOCK.... fixed
added a bookmark for http://myhost.com/wordpress/wp-content/ ... -cache.log so I can monitor the progress of the cache.
So basically my only question is should/can I just disable the expiration and and let the site rebuild new posts only?
