issues related to quick cache plugin

hello,

I am using quick cache plugin. It is excellent.

But I have few problems.

First, it is not updating sidebar's 'get recent comment' section. It delivers page from cache, so sidebar shows old comments.

secondly, if any reader put the comment, he can see latest updated version. but other readers will see that old page.

I clicked sidebar's latest comment from 'get recent comment' and it was not there on page !

do anyone have solution for this ?

please help.
