Only on the home page?

I have a new clean site without any mods yet and was testing the Quick Cache Plugin. I installed the plugin, turned it on, watched the video and turned on the site map and client side and then logged out. I browsed the test site, and only the home page shows the Quick Cache in the source. I closed Firefox, cleared its cache and tried again with both Firefox and IE8 and its only the home page that I see the Quick Cache code at the bottom. I was thinking it would populate on all the other pages but no. Is this how its supposed to work, only on the home page? http://alexandercoaching.com
