When scheduling posts for the future, Quick Cache seems to clear the cache on my homepage when creating the post but doesnt clear the cache when the post is actually published.

Is there a setting i am not seeing? or anything i am doing wrong

Definitely a bug... scheduled posts which appear in the future do not refresh the home page for non-logged in users. That is fairly serious (to a degree), and amongst other issues (like comments posted & CDN integration) - some work still to be done on this cache plugin.

I will, however, use it for a few days to iron out any other kinks... for a heavily used site - those features are high on the desired list.

Yes, this should be add in new version, refresh the cache when a scheduled post is published.
