only admins can see the "clear cache" button

Hi,

Not sure if I am just missing something, but only admins seem to be able to see the "clear cache" button in the upper right area. Is there a setting I am missing there, because we do want the editors to see it too.

I'd like to be able to do this too.

Is there some sort of hook I could use to allow editors to have the Clear Cache button?
I thought I could change the plugin file, but that would not work when an update came around.

Any help would be appreciated.
