I'm no more able to make it work!
I've installed it on the usual hosting provider, usual php-etc.-setting, as I did with another working website BUT it only caches the home page then nothing else.
Maybe is Jason still kindly available to check it?

Are you using friendly Permalinks?, or do you have ?page_id=xxx
If so, you might have a look at your Quick Cache options panel, under:
Quick Cache -> Query String GET Requests
