Registration disabled...

I've gone into Multisite Registration Configuration to enable open registration (not allowing blog farms). Despite that setting, it still says registration is closed.

Figured it out. I had conducted the multisite WP patches, but maybe in deactivating a couple of times to test other plugins, it might have reset it back.
