Jason learned about this thread about two days ago, when he posted what you read above. Before that I was waiting for the answers to my questions some days earlier. I don't immediately tell Jason about every support thread, first I try to solve them myself getting all the information I can to solve it, or to help Jason do it if I need him to help after all.
So first you posted about the problem, that same day I replied with some questions. The next day you replied without answering my questions, next day (Sunday) I replied asking questions again. You replied 2 days after that (Tuesday), still not answering my questions. Also on Tuesday, despite you not having answered what I asked, Jason posted replying to your mention of the JavaScript problem and offered to look into it. He hasn't been back to the forums since then, though, just 2 days ago. And you still have not answered my questions.
Oh, and you were quite rude in the 10 emails you sent in a row earlier, which I'm choosing to ignore and instead I kept trying to help you, but you decided I can't do it because it has to be Jason, so you have to wait. I don't know how Jason will feel about those emails you sent and your attitude, though.
You're using a free plugin that he's developed with professional standards and released freely for people to benefit from and I don't believe you should treat us like that. You're asking for free support (actually demanding it), without helping us assist you unless the Lead Developer personally solves it for you, and you can't be bothered to provide some information needed to assist you.
Like I said before, I'll wait for Jason to look at your problem, can't do anything else. I'll just stay out of this thread for now.
