Hi,
We are using the most current version of S2member Pro - A member recently was terminated and upon discussion with authorize,it was because her card was declined on the first subscription attempt. I didn't recognize this, because it said one complete payment, under her info in the rebill section, but when you click on it the info is:
1 3693994769 s2-1305906809 Declined 6/20/2011 3:37:13 AM
However, she was able to download the first two products anyway, which she confirmed this am. I'm not understanding what happened? Shouldn't a declined card not have access? What should I do to fix this in the membership?
