Footer Not Showing Up On Registration Page

Greetings,

I have added some custom raw HTML to the General Options -> Login Registration Design -> Footer Design field.

The HTML is just some text with a couple of links to a terms of service and privacy page.

The footer shows up on the login panel, but not on the registration page, which is where I really want to have the terms of service links.

Any idea what I should check to try to find out what's wrong?

Did you change something in your registration template? Can we see the page?

I have not made changes to any of the core WP files, including wp-login. But maybe the Suffusion theme or buddypress has interfered. with it. I'm still digging around.
