If you apply a coupon code on your form ( a discount), and the user re-subscribes (or the subscription rolls over) IE renews will this user get the reduced fee (discount) again or will they be charged the regular rate once they renew?

If the subscription rolls over then the discount he got will continue, unless you modify this using the |ra-only and |ta-only configuration options, but if he uses a renewal button/form without using the coupon, the coupon won't be applied to it.
