login page problem

Ok his one is confusing the hell out of me, hopefully you guys can shed some light on whats going on here

Here's my little project ....

If you click on the large "login now" button at top and login

username - test
password - test

you will hopefully be taken to the login / welcome page ... great!

Now ... try loging out (and you have to click on another page here or this bug doesn't happen) so click on about, or any page, now try and login .. log in again and now your taken to the user dashboard!?

I just want users to be taken to the login / welcome page and don't really want this dashboard, this is my first install of this plugin so am I being stupid? ... hopefully you'll all see my bug too or I'm just going crazy!!! lol

have you created the welcome page? If not then you need to follow these steps:

1. Create a page (welcome or other name you want to)
2. go to your admin dashboard
3.S2Member
4.General Options
5.Login Welcome Page and choose the page you just created in (1)

If you want them to be redirected to your home page after the login then just type your domain name on the field below in step (5) starting with http://


A note: Your theme is broken..please check the code (meaning there is something wrong with the design or it's not compatible with all browsers)

yeah I'm working on the theme now, but I think I'd fixed it

'member profile modifications .. the 'redirect members away' option was set to No, I've changed it to yes and that seems to have fixed my bug
