S2 Member Pro activation issue

After I install the S2 Member Pro plugin and upon trying to activate it, I get an error saying, "the plugin doesn’t have a valid header." Any Solutions?

That is weird. Probably a file is missing or got corrupted when you uploaded it.

Remember that s2Member Pro is an add-on to s2Member Free, so you need s2Member to be installed first and then you add Pro to it.

I see the new menu options in word press for s2Member pro by just uploading the s2member pro file. However, it seems that s2Member pro is not working properly. I think its because I did not activate it, but when I try to activate it I get an error message that says, "the plugin doesn’t have a valid header"

s2Member requires you to activate it, s2Member Pro activates itself. I'm guessing you're uploading the zip file in your dashboard instead of FTP, and given the option to activate the plugin; don't do it, just go to the plugins page and you'll see the Pro add-on mentioned in the s2Member description and it'll be active. In the s2Member navigation, at the bottom, you'll see an entry for s2Member Pro info.
