Importing membership list

Is it possible to import an existing membership list (excel) or (constant contact) to s2Member? If so, can you please point me in the direction?

Not in s2Member Free, but you can with s2Member Pro using the Import tool and a CSV document. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import / Export

i'm looking for auto renewal notification - so when their membership is due for renewal, an email will be sent with a link for renewal payment.

Ah ok. No, s2Member doesn't do that yet.

You could integrate s2Member with a List Server where you'd add new members and have an email configured to remind them near their end of term. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / List Servers

Well, if they pay for a year, then add them to a list that a few days before day 365 will send them an email to remind them.
