qc options page not displaying

I had QC running successfully on my site until now. The config options page is blank, so I cannot see any options nor see if it is enabled or not.

I had somebody work on my site to cleanup or remove some jquery scripts. could that have affected it?

Hi there. Thanks for your inquiry.

Yes. It sounds like the work you had done, somehow introduced a JavaScript error. If there are any JavaScript errors introduced within your Dashboard, it could cause the Quick Cache menu initialization to fail as well.

In Firefox, ( while you're inside your WP Dashboard ), go up to:
Tools -> Error Console

That should indicate what the problem is.
