Dashboard missing

I have installed the plug in both through the online plugin installer and via FTP but I just can't seem to see the s2Member dashboard.
I've tried logging out and clearing my browser cache. I've also tried alternative browsers.
Any ideas where i'm going wrong?

You mean the s2Member navigation is in the sidebar, but the pages are empty? Or not even the navigation is there? Is it in the plugins list?

The plugin listing says its activated but there are no navigation options on the left hand side menu so I can't complete the set up.

Nope, don't think either of those relate to what i'm seeing.

I don't have the s2Member options on the left at all - there is no reference to s2Member anywhere other than in the plug in option.

I've just logged in and been prompted to update my installation of s2Member which i've done. There's a link to read the Quick Start Guide but when I click it I get...

Cannot load ws-plugin--s2member-start.

Perhaps this has something to do with it?

I seem to have resolved the problem - did a complete re-install and its now working.
