Mailchimp issues

I've double-checked my setup according to the videos but changes are not reflected in mailchimp if I change a user role or add a new user with a role associated w/ mailchimp. How do I enable logging or troubleshoot this?

Did you also check the settings under WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / List Servers -> Automate Un-Subscribe/Opt-Out?

yes.. they are all checked and I also have 'Yes' set for transitions.

Could you tell me what version of s2Member you're using and show me a creenshot of the Automate Un-Subscribe/Opt-Out panel?

Does the MailChimp integration work when you're not the one doing the changes manually? Did you check that you set the integration up completely and it works?

we've decided not to use mailchimp, so this can be closed. but some kind of logging so we can find out where the issue is would be helpful for future updates.

s2Member provides MailChimp logging since version 110604. :)

From the changelog:

(s2Member/s2Member Pro). Log Entries. WordPress® :: s2Member :: s2Member Pro versions now all reported in each log entry. In addition, s2Member now provides logging for all communications with MailChimp® and AWeber® too.

In my s2member-logs directory, the only two log files I have are paypal-ipn.log and paypal-rpn.log. Where are the logs you speak of?

The interface for the list server logging setting is still in the to-do list, for now it gets enabled when/if Payment Gateway logging is enabled. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines
