Upgraded to pro version and receiving fatal error message

Postby jschwartz3 » June 12th, 2011, 9:31 am

Hi, I have been workign with the basic version of s2Member with no problems and upgraded to the pro version yesterday. The installation was easy and I didn't have any problems with the upgrade and installation, but now I'm receiving the following fatal error message on pages that I protected with membership level access. I've noticed that if I login I can see everything just fine, but upon logging out I receive the fatal error message, as well as when I am not signed in and try to click on ay of the pages that are protected. Before the upgrade to pro if I clicked on any membership-specific pages I was directed to the signup page, but now i just get this fatal error message. The site is already live and we have a marketing piece dropping tomorrow so I really want to fix this today.

Thoughts?

This is the message: Fatal error: Class 'c_ws_plugin__s2member_nocache' not found in /home/content/12/7758012/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/hs-membership/includes/functions/hsm-bridge.php on line 33

The site is www.renewmyhealthnow.com

Or, if I wanted to uninstall the pro version and reinstall what would be the proper way to do this because it looks like I would have to uninstall the entire plugin, including the basic framework??

Thanks for your help!

That's an error caused by the HS Membership plugin mentioned there. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/hs-membership/

I suggest you talk with the developer of it to update it so it works with the latest s2Member. He should be able to help you.

You could deactivate it in the meantime...
