You mean create a custom registration page? You can do that with s2Member's Pro-Form for registrations.

Ah ok. Puedes usar la Pro-Form para registros, pero necesitas s2Member Pro para eso. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Pro-Forms -> PayPal Pro / Free Registrations Forms
